The guiding principles and commitments established as part of the Policy of the Integrated System of
Quality Management, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety of the organization are:

1.     Proactively promote the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Integrated Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management System in order to ensure meeting the quality expectations of customers and interested parties,

2.     Comply with quality and environmental objectives, as well as those related to occupational health and safety.

3.     Comply with and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, that is, current regulations in the United Mexican States, the state of Tamaulipas, internal standards, as well as other requirements acquired by organizations.

4.     Actively support and stimulate the implementation and maintenance of the integrated management system, with special emphasis on environmental protection, including pollution prevention .

5.     Actively promote environmental protection initiatives, such as the sustainable use of resources, mitigation and adaptation to climate change and the protection of biodiversity and of ecosystems.

6.     Promote the commitment, implementation and maintenance of the necessary actions to minimize, avoid and eliminate hazards, as well as reduce health and safety risks occupational.

7.     Promote the degree of awareness, awareness and active participation of interested parties for the environmental protection of the environment, as well as for the occupational health and safety of all its workers, applying training and training programs, spaces for communication with the collaboration of contractors and interested parties.

8.     Require contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to safely handle the work related to their activities, demanding strict compliance with the legislation in environmental protection and occupational risk prevention.

9.     Establish a system of active controls and audits that allow continuous improvement in matters of quality, environmental protection, safety and occupational health, applied to all and each of the productive and operational activities and processes carried out by the organization.

IMS SCOPE

The scope of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety is described below, under the standards of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, which has considered the needs and expectations of customers, suppliers, own workers and contractors, and other interested parties, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements in terms of Safety and Health at Work, environmental, contractual and those defined in Mexican legislation that are applicable to the organization:

The Integrated Management System of Diseños y Mercadotecnia SA de CV established under the guidelines of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and other applicable regulations includes transformation activities such as polystyrene molding, arcel , polyethylene and polypropylene, polyfoam and polyisocyanurate cutting and its distribution, as well as marketing and distribution of packaging and packaging, all these activities focused on achieving customer satisfaction and caring for the environment from all levels of the organization, and tending to always for safe practices in the planning and development of activities by members of the organization (workers, eventual, contractors, visitors) that are carried out within the physical limits of the production plant and administrative offices located on Av. Alcalá no. 401 of Parque Industria Stiva, Reynosa Tamaulipas, Mexico, which includes the areas of social influence and the environmental impacts that may be generated in the surrounding areas.
